Element Printing

In our latest feature release, we have added the ability to print your knowledge elements or to save them as PDFs.

You can now view a print friendly version of your knowledge elements, which you can then choose to print or save as a PDF. Our latest feature release adds this tool to our Professional and Enterprise plans …

How to Print/PDF an Element

 

  1. Open the required element
  2. Click the print/PDF button
  3. The element will now open in a print friendly page and trigger your browser’s print dialogue
  4. Use your browser’s print dialogue to setup your print layout as desired (adjust margins, scale etc.)
  5. Print to your chosen printer or select save as PDF to save the element as a PDF
  6. Return to the element when prompted
