Method Grid out of beta!

Over two years since we first gathered around a white board sketch and said “I wonder if …” and after two years of iterative dialogue and code development, we have now arrived at another milestone moment: the release of v4 which officially sees us moving out of beta and into the brave new world of Method Grid as a commercial business (SaaS) application.

This step in the journey would not have been possible without all the brilliant users in our beta community (over 250 at point of transition). So a huge “thank you” to everyone that has fed back ideas, suggestions and general encouragement en route.

This new release (providing a 30-day free trial pre sign-up to a subscription plan*) also marks a broader key milestone. Method Grid is now established behind a newly incorporated company (Method Apps Limited) and the pioneering team (Dom, Jody, Ian and Tom) have now moved into full-time roles. It is somewhat staggering that we have come so far in part-time/explorative mode so this release marks a significant step-up in tempo.

That’s good news for all our users as you will now see a marked increase in the release of new, requested  functionality.

Give us a couple of days to recover from this major push … and we will start attacking that request stack with a vengeance.

On on!
