Integrate with OneDrive/SharePoint, Google Drive, Box and more

Manage your files and documents in Method Grid with these new file management integrations

In our latest feature release, you can now integrate Method Grid with common document management systems including OneDrive/SharePoint, Google Drive, Box and DropBox. Once authorised you can browse files and add them as links within your elements. The new integrations also work with the task file evidence feature so you can quickly and easily browse and link to files from your tasks.

New Element Files Area

As part of this release, we have merged the file upload and cloud file links areas into one new element area called the files area. In this new area you can upload files from your PC, add links to any cloud-based file system and browse files in your document management system with these new integrations. You can also manage any existing files with drag/drop re-ordering, editing of the file’s display name and deleting the files/links. You can learn more about managing your element content here.

OneDrive/SharePoint

With the OneDrive/SharePoint integration you can search and browse your files on OneDrive/SharePoint and then select files to link to from your elements and tasks. The video below provides an overview of this integration and you can find help and setup instructions on our help site here.

 

Google Drive

With the Google Drive integration you can search and browse your files on Google Drive and then select files to link to from your elements and tasks. You can find help and setup instructions on our help site here.

 

Box

DropBox
