From the earliest stage in the (private) beta testing, it became clear that there was a lot of confusion with respect to the (third) “domain” field on login. Even the language was confusing/technical. What were we thinking – we had, unnecessarily, really made things more difficult for our users than they needed to be.
This change completely removes that additional complication. You can still have multiple accounts (yes, a far better word than “domain”!) but now you just need to provide your email and password to enter.
If you happen to have used the same email address and password for multiple accounts (not something we would necessarily recommend from a security perspective) then you can simply choose which account to work on. The new feature also enables you to easily switch between accounts in app when this is the case (see screenshot below).
We hope you see this as another positive development.
