User Feedback – Project & Programme Management (PPM)

In this 45 minute webinar which took place on Wednesday, October 2nd 2019 – 1:00 PM BST, we will describe our early thinking and initial UX designs for the next major Method Grid release: a project and programme management (PPM) suite of features – that will integrate with the knowledge management core of the platform.

This is going to be our most complex release yet; so, to ensure we develop a solution that works optimally for the majority, we would love to hear all user feedback on the over-arching design concept before we progress to development. This is your chance to shape the feature!

The session will talk through the proposed new features and UX – using the context of a professional services company delivering its services to an end-client. We will describe the release through the story of a this project journey from winning the work, configuring an integrated consultant-client project delivery grid, task management, progress reporting, issue escalation all the way through to project close/archiving.
