Gantt Export to CSV or XLSX

Gantt export cover image

You can now export your Gantt table data as either a CSV file or an Excel file (XLSX).

Exporting your Gantt data is a simple process, but before starting it is important to note the following:

  1. The export tool will export the data that is currently viewable i.e. if you have collapsed the data rows it will only export the data rows currently in view. This means you can expand/collapse your data rows to control which data you export. To export all your data, simply use the expand all button to show all rows.
  2. If the data table has been hidden i.e. you are only viewing the Gantt chart, no data will be exported, make sure the data table is shown before exporting

How to Export Gantt Data

Open the Gantt you wish to export and select either export to CSV or export to XLSX. When the download is ready, you will be prompted to save the export file.
