Introduction to Method Grid Customer Success

Thanks for visiting our blog! My name is Rachel, and I am the new Customer Success manager at Method Grid. I come from a Saas background and love learning about the new and innovative products and changes in the industry. I am also very keen to connect with others within the Saas world, so please feel free to reach out here!

You have probably heard of the terms ‘Customer Success’ or ‘Client Success’ being thrown around a lot lately, especially in the SaaS business world. In this fast moving, technology driven environment that we live in today, there is a common theme of companies buying software, but never truly understanding or adopting the software internally.

Here at Method Grid, we want to drive adoption amongst our client base, making Customer Success a crucial part our client’s journey. Buzz words aside, what does Customer Success actually mean?

What does Customer Success mean to Method Grid?

For us the function of Customer Success is about far more just than customer retention, it is about cultivating positive relationships with our customers, and ensuring they are getting the most out of the Method Grid platform. So, what does that entail?

  • Proactively reaching out to customers to ensure they are engaged and making the most of Method Grid
  • Being a key point of contact for our customers to reach out to whenever they need support
  • Streamlining the renewal process to ensure it is as stress free as possible for our customers
  • Informing and training customers on any newly released products and features

The Method Grid Community

Method Grid Community is a great platform for our colleagues and customers to connect and share knowledge, ideas, and best practices; It is a place where you can ask questions, read content and take part in polls. You will also be able to keep up with our blog via the community, where you will be able to find interesting user cases, and any updates that are planned.
